    Purchased item from oo.com Australia that failed within 3months. Back and forth emails until warranty had expired however assured that claim will be honoured by way of refund. More back and forth emails until the day all emails have been wiped from my account and no response to my plea for an explanation why or the original promise of a refund has been honoured. Do not purchase online from any affiliated website of this company.
